That’s why our sizing is simple and flexible, designed to feel good on real bodies.
Most items come in three main types:
✧ Oversized Fit — relaxed and roomy, like hoodies and tees.
✧ Fitted Fit — body-following styles like leggings, joggers, and sport tops.
✧ One Size — flexible, easy silhouettes that softly adapt to different body shapes without squeezing or clinging.
Choose your size based on how you want to feel, not just numbers.

We don’t believe in squeezing into numbers. Instead, we offer three main types of fit:
✧ Oversized Fit — relaxed, roomy pieces like hoodies and tees.
✧ Fitted Fit — more sculpted styles like leggings, joggers, and sport tops.
✧ One Size — soft, forgiving pieces designed to fit a range of body types comfortably, without tight structure.
Most items come in two or three size options to keep things simple, with gentle flexibility already woven into the fabric. We keep it honest, kind, and easy — just like your favorite clothes should be.
Fitted Size Chart
Our fitted pieces are designed to follow your body’s natural shape — without restricting movement. That means leggings, joggers, and sport tops that feel like a second skin, not a tight squeeze.

Inseam length is 67 cm. We can adjust this free of charge — just leave a note at checkout or send us a message. Please note: adjusted leggings are considered custom-made and cannot be returned.
Oversized Fit Guide
Our oversized fit is soft, relaxed, and made to move with you. These styles — like hoodies, sweatshirts, and tees — are cozy on purpose, with room to layer or lounge.
We keep things simple with two fit options:

Some Ferny Tales pieces come in just one size — designed to drape gently across a range of body types without feeling restrictive. These styles are soft, roomy, and made to move with you — generally fitting those who usually wear sizes from XS to L.

Custom Adjustments
Every Ferny Tales piece is made in small batches — slow, thoughtful, and just for you. That’s why we occasionally offer small custom fit options for made-to-order pieces.
If you’re between sizes or need a tiny tweak, just let us know.
We can shorten or lengthen leggings, or skip the inner label, free of charge — just leave a note at checkout.
For other requests — like loosening a waistband slightly, making sleeves longer, or adding a small adjustment — we might be able to help, but a small extra fee may apply.
Just send us a message before placing your order. We’ll confirm what’s possible — some changes may also involve a bit more prep time.
We can’t offer full tailoring, but we’ll always try to help if it means your piece will feel more like you.

Hi — I’m Kat, the creator behind Ferny Tales.
I’m 160 cm tall and usually wear EU 34–36. In Ferny clothes:
• I wear Fitted 0 in leggings, joggers, and sport tops
• I wear Oversized 1 in hoodies and tees — it feels relaxed but not bulky
I created this sizing system from the ground up to feel intuitive, not rigid. It’s here to give you freedom — to stretch, to soften, to move, to rest.
Don’t worry about picking the “perfect” number.
