Design Details
This design began with a sky — a real photograph taken at dusk, softened and faded until only a feeling remained. That misty gradient became the backdrop for a quiet phrase: Lost in a Ferny Tale — printed across the back like a sentence left behind in a dream.
The fabric is light and breathable — a soft cotton knit (140g/m²) that drapes gently without clinging. It was chosen for ease and movement, perfect for warm evenings and slow days.
On the front, a small fern-marked label made of washpapa is sewn on by hand. Each one is laser cut and finished with care — a grounded detail that feels like a pressed memory.
No embroidery. No mass production. Just print, fiber, and feeling — shaped into something that doesn’t need to explain itself.

Our oversized fit is soft, relaxed, and made to move with you. It is cozy on purpose, with room to layer or lounge.
We keep things simple with two fit options:

Every Ferny Tales design is crafted with heart, many pieces featuring unique details like wooden buttons, ceramic and natural stone beads, washpapa labels, and handmade stitching. These delicate touches make each piece truly special—but they also need a little extra care to last.
- Wash at max 40°C – gentle cycle recommended
- Iron on low heat – avoid direct heat on prints, tags and delicate details
- Do not bleach – harsh chemicals can damage the fabric and colors
- Do not tumble dry – air drying helps maintain shape and longevity
- Do not dry clean – natural fibers and hand-finished details require gentle care
